NAVFAC Midsouth Pool Renovation

Millington, TN

Project included the renovation of an existing outdoor Olympic-sized pool and wading pool.  The scope of work included the installation of a new vacuum release system; drain, grate, and float valve replacement; and the abatement and replacement of cast iron piping with Schedule 80 PVC piping.  The pool upgrades were completed in order to bring the pool into compliance with the Virginia Graeme Baker Act and current water turnover rate code compliance regulations, in addition to upgrading the existing piping and surge pit infrastructure.  Project was completed within an extremely expidited time period with multiple phases.  Disciplines include Architectural and Plumbing Engineering Design Services.
