NAVFAC Midsouth Building 781 Renovation

This project included the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing high bay ATC Training and Administrative Building into an office, storage, and metal / wood shops for the Base Contractor.  The scope of work included the addition of a shop mezzanine, renovation of existing restrooms to be accessible, interior finishes replacement, lead and asbestos survey and abatement, electrical and HVAC upgrades, and Life Safety Code Analysis for building occupancy change.  Professional services included complete architectural design, mechanical and electrical engineering, cost estimation, hazardous materials survey and testing, and client communication.
